Future Leaders is a vibrant community of people from within or connected to the horticulture industry. Led by passionate volunteers, the group creates opportunities to learn, share ideas, and build networks through educational workshops and industry events. Since starting in 2014, Future Leaders has grown to over 250 active members from across the wider horticulture sector.
Anyone with a link to horticulture can join, and most events are free to attend. These gatherings are a chance to meet like-minded people, learn about the industry and related primary sectors, and connect with established leaders who are shaping the future of horticulture.
