What does a typical day in your role look like?

No two days are the same! I manage logistics, labour, plant processes, and customer relationships. It’s a fast-paced role that involves coordinating many moving parts to keep everything running smoothly.

How did you get into this role?

The role was advertised, and I had just moved to the region—so I applied and got the job.

Did you need to study for this role, if so, what did you study?

Not directly, but experience and learning on the job have been key.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

Working with customers and people. Over the last eight years, our company has grown from around 20 permanent staff to over 125, which has been an incredible journey to be part of.

What’s something unique, surprising, or fun about your role or team?

One of the most fun parts has been creating new things—like supercharging our plant six years ago. We’re always pushing limits and trying things that haven’t been done before.
